IS HAEMO-SOL SAFE TO HANDLE AND USE?
Haemo-Sol contains no OSHA hazardous ingredients. Normal, traditional safety practices, similar to those used when handling any industrial chemical, are recommended. Routes of exposure include eye or skin contact and ingestion. Each formulation is basic and contact with eyes may cause damage to sensitive tissue, including the cornea. Extensive rinsing of the eye is strongly recommended. Safety goggles are also advised. Contact with the skin may cause irritation and extensive rinsing of the affected area is recommended. Ingestion may cause burns or gastrointestinal upset. HMIS ratings for all Haemo-Sol formulations are Health (1), Flammability (0), and Reactivity (0).
