Is H3O Pro™ recommended for people following a weight-management programme?
No, we do not recommend that people who have just started to lose weight or are currently following a weight-management programme use H3O Pro™. The drink is intended for those who are very fitness focused whether as professional athletes or those training for triathlons, for example. Regular gym users who undertake strenuous/ intense exercise can also benefit from an isotonic drink. H3O Pro™ is designed to replace electrolytes lost through sweat to enable rapid hydration. It also has a high level of carbohydrates for immediate and sustained energy meaning it is not low in calories and is not suitable for those aiming to lose weight. H3O Pro™ is also not suitable for children, pregnant women or nursing mothers.
