Very…. Accurate enough to track small changes in individual athletes over time. Its comparable to a force plate and it measures much more, it’s highly portable and considerably less expensive. Our aim is to make GymAware affordable to everyone. The system itself allows you to monitor all your athletes regularly when ever and wherever they train.
