GS1 Hong Kong is the only body in Hong Kong authorized to assign GS1 Company Prefix. Under no circumstance should member change, transfer or resale the Company Prefix at their own. Any changes of the ownership of GS1 Company Prefix should obtain endorsement from the GS1 Hong Kong in advance. Relevant Law is enforced in China forbidding illegal usage of GS1 Company Prefix.
