Doubtful … two days, maybe, but four days is stretching the ‘fresh factor’. Best bet is to use your nose … if it smells bad raw, it will not improve when cooked. Best advice is to trash it and make sure one freezes this stuff soon after buying if not going to consume it with a day or two.
