Is Greco-Roman wrestling the best takedown art?
RockingNrolling asked: Randy Couture a Greco-Roman wrestler manhandled Gonzaga who was a black belt in BJJ. Couture slammed Gonzaga at least 3 or 4 times. One slam was so hard he broke Gonzaga’s nose. Gonzaga was pinned against the cage 85% of the fight. Don’t give me that crap that Couture trains in BJJ, because he does NOT! Coutures grappling moves in that fight were pure Greco-Roman techniques. So is Greco-Roman wrestling the best takedown martial art?
