No. Golf barrier netting is the #12 x 1″ and the #18 X 1″ tarred nylon netting, and it cannot be used for direct impact of golf balls. It is used for long distance and large area use. Golf impact netting has a 3/4″ mesh size and is designed to have golf balls driven right into it (which is why it is used as the impact panels in golf cages). Bottom line, barrier netting is used for protective barriers, impact netting is used for direct impact.
