Is GOJU RYU KARATE a good form of Karate?
Goju Ryu: Goju Ryu was the first style of karate to be named. Go, meaning ‘hard’ (physical hardness and strength of character). Ju, meaning ‘soft’ (the gentleness which flows from it).
