Ans. No, not all the MBA programs outside India. But to seek admission into the reputed Business Schools, one has to have a GMAT score.

GMAT is a world class entrance exams for the candidates who want to pursue MBA in an overseas country. You can get scholarships to get rid of your monetory burden to some extent. You can, however, take admission in many business schools in various parts of the world if you can pay a lumpsum amount of money. Best of Luck..:)
