GM is dedicated to helping to grow an E85 ethanol infrastructure in North America, and is involved in several initiatives with industry, government and other key stakeholders. For example, in 2005, GM partnered with the Governor’s Ethanol Coalition and loaned E85 ethanol FlexFuel Vehicles to each participating state for use in promoting E85.
