Is globalisation just the new economic word for exploitation?
Gordon Brown has been beating the globalisation drum for the last ten years, saying how economies and individual companies must prepare for the global market, but right under his nose were all the British banks not under any British restrictions as their dealings were in the U.S sub prime market, but of course they used British funds to make those deals to the detriment of our economy now. So globalization can mean a complete loss of control. Gordon now of course is saying that there needs to be an international body to monitor the banks…pity he didn’t think of that before beating his drum. Lets hope such a body is not based on his fcuked up F.S.A.
