Is global warming more likely to cause more Ice storms?

0

Climate change/global warming is not just about warming. A great many things are being effected. More snow in areas normally too cold to snow and where there has been added water vapor from evaporation and increased pressure systems, for example is a big one. So I can imagine how ice storms would factor in there in a similar way. That’s why I have to agree with another term I’ve heard (which I got from a skiing magazine actually), and that is ‘global weirding’. This includes any moderate to extreme weather conditions which are not otherwise normal and can possibly be somehow tied to the recent climate change.
