Is Giving Into Fashion Being Materialistic?
Some people will view fashion as materialistic, but it really isn’t. The fact of the matter is that you must wear clothing, in most cases, and because of this, you should wear clothing that makes you feel good about yourself. It doesn’t make sense not to wear clothing that improves your mood, improves your self esteem, and improves the way that other people think of you. Being materialistic is very different from being fashionable. You can be fashionable without spending much money at all. For example, if saving money is important, visit a consignment shop or a thrift store to find used fashionable clothing that is in excellent shape, for a fraction of the cost.
