Most theme parks reccomend that getting on thrill rides are not a good idea for pregnant women, however I dont think that in the early stages of pregnancy it would hurt any. But that would be something to discuss with your doctor. It could be subject to change depending on your age, and weather you have had miscarriages or any past like that.
