Is GE Real Estate interested in development and/or construction projects?
Yes. We have managed the construction of a district court building in Helsingborg for the National Courts Administration. We have also converted a vacant building in Visby into an up-to-date radio studio with modern office premises. This property is leased to Sveriges Radio. The projects above are low risk investments since the leasing agreements were negotiated and signed before construction had begun. We are currently looking at new development opportunities.
