yes it will work…..the ddr3 memory for the video card has nothing to do with the ddr2 ram the motherboard supports…there totally different things so your good to go….. so any combination of vram or ram(random access memory)modules work as there not related……..i run ddr2 memory and have a video card that runs ddr5 memory….
