Is Garden of Lifes Primal Defense safe for children?
YES. The dosage is estimated at one caplet per 50 lbs of body weight as maintenance and four times that amount is regarded as a therapeutic dosage; however, this product is completely natural and non-toxic at any dose; however caution is advised when first using Primal Defense due to the large increase in intestinal absorption which can overwhelm the body and cause one to feel ill.
