Under Bulgarian law, FTIA is not required to be licensed or accredited in Bulgaria but rather must sign a collaborative agreement with an accredited Bulgarian adoption agency. FTIA has signed an agreement with two Bulgarian agencies that will be representing FTIA. The Bulgarian agencies are ANIDO Association and Children Under the Rainbow.
