Is Frozen Food healthy? Is it good to eat on a regular basis?
Frozen veggies and fruits are great because they usually have no extra ingredients in them, they’re cheap, and they’re great for when you’re out of the fresh stuff. But frozen tv dinners and pancakes etc are a bad choice, as are a lot of other products found in grocery stores and convenient stores. Next time you go to the grocery store, take the time to read the ingredients list, you’ll be surprised at the amount of ingredients in them, many unprononcable, that are in those “foods”. Most have many forms of sugar, lots of salt, hydrogenated oils, color and artificial sweeteners and flavors, msg in hidden forms, and these are all things that you should avoid. Take the time to do some research on the ingredients that are found in the food you eat, you’ll be surprised at how many things are passed off as harmless and perfectly fine food for your body. Almost all food companies are out there to make money, not pay special attention to how their products are affecting their customers’ health
