Is Fresh Leadership coaching completely confidential?
This question is an important one to ask because many leaders and executives find themselves getting coaching from their company only to feel as though their supervisor is looking over their shoulder the entire time. At Fresh Leadership Coaching, your sessions are conducted from the privacy of your home, office, or at our private offices and with the complete assurance that what you say or share is held in complete confidence. Our loyalty is totally with you as our client. If companies provide the coaching service to their employees, then it is made clear from the start that a general feed-back form can be obtained from those participating, stating whether or not they find the service valuable. It would then be up to each client to disclose whatever information they felt comfortable in sharing at that time. It is our policy to encourage clients to keep their employers abreast of what we discover together in our coaching sessions and/or facilitate a joint session to discuss our progress
