Hi, My family and myself are going to visit LA for a week next easter and I have seen a condo for short term rent on Franklin Avenue, Zip code 90046. From what I have read elswhere on this forum that postcode is a “good” area, but I worry that their may be rough streets even in a good area. Firstly is it safe and secondly is it well located for visiting the sights ? We will have a car of course.
