Is fox news promoting conservative views or is it just me?
If they were promoting conservative views, I wouldn’t have a problem no matter how much I disagree. The difficulty is that they’re promoting Republican views — i.e., they generally echo the Republican National Committee’s talking points of the day. Most of the folks in the mainstream media are liberals. They know it, but they’re self-conscious about it — which means that they bend over backwards to trash Democratic Party actions in an effort to prove that they are “impartial.” It’s a blatant over-correction. So, sure the mainstream media in the country are liberal, but they’re not Democratic. The conservative media in country aren’t just conservative, they’re Republican.
