Is foreign NCD proof acceptable?

0

We currently accept NCD proof from all countries, however the criteria is as follows: • The date of expiry of the previous motor insurance must be shown • The name of the policyholder must be shown • The amount of NCD in years must be stated. This can be shown using ‘from’ and ‘to’ dates • The claims and accident history must be confirmed • The proof must have been issued and dated within the previous 2 years • Foreign NCD proof is only acceptable when the letter is written in English on the motor insurance company’s headed paper and translations must be stamped by the translator • You must supply proof of NCD within 21 days of the policy start date. If you do not do this the cost of your policy will increase or, in some cases, be cancelled.
