Is Forehead Reduction Possible?
Reduction of the forehead is possible. If the surgeon places the incision in front of the hairline and then resects part of the forehead, this will reduce your forehead and bring down your hairline. In males, I do not like to perform this procedure because male pattern balding will eventually show the incision site. In women, it is a very nice procedure, especially if the woman will wear bangs after the procedure, covering up any scarring. The scar usually heals well in any case so bangs are not absolutely necessary.
