Is FMrobot Windows Vista compatible?

Our initial testing indicates FMrobot is difficult to install on Vista, and we are working to address this in future updates. Meanwhile, advice from one of our customers may be useful if you experience any difficulties: “I tried running the installer by right clicking on it and selecting ‘Run as Administrator’ but that did not work. What worked was to enable Vista’s hidden Administrator account, reboot and log into that. I then installed FMrobot and clicked to ‘ignore’ the decompression warning. Then, I logged back in under my account and still it wouldn’t run (saw splash screen but program would not run). Then I disabled ‘User Account Control’ and now it works.” We welcome other advice from Vista users while we work on our next update.
