Is floor sanding and finishing expensive?
No, The cost is much less than the cost of replacing a wooden floor – especially when you add the cost of fitting to the purchase price. (plus removal & disposal of the old floor…) Then, even if you put a new floor down, it would still need a light sanding and finishing to make it look its best! It is much cheaper, quicker and less hassle to restore an existing floor.
