Is FLM able to handle half points?

Yes, FLM allows you to enter scoring systems with up to 3 decimals, so half points are supported. Select the Setup | Scoring menu option, Format tab and check the box entitled “Use Decimal Scoring “. You will need to also define the number of decimal places to use.
