No. Flexible Breaks SA is a Swiss company so ABTA (Association of British Travel Agents) is not applicable, and as we do not organise fights, neither is ATOL (Air Travel Organisers Licence). However because our on-line payment centre only accepts credit cards and not debit cards, all our customers automatically enjoy the obligatory protection offered by their credit card company under section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act.
