Our parent company, Sofina Foods Inc. head office is in Ontario, Canada. The plant that produces all the fresh sausage and slices most of the bacon for the U.S. market is located in Washington State. Look for the USDA symbol on the package. It means our production facility is federally inspected and meets the rigorous stringent standards of the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
