Is fleet endurance assigned at a sector level or system level?
At the moment, fleet endurance is assigned at a system level. We will eventually start moving towards movement at the sector and subsector level but the GM would like to work from the bottom up with play testing. Balance is the key here and discussion around how to make it work at a higher level will be happening throughout Version 6. At the system level, BFG endurance is assigned during the respective war room planning sessions. The Admiral in command will then break up the fleet and assign EL values to system areas 1-6 (flare region to outer reaches).
