We’ve conducted the appropriate testing for gluten content. The test results showed a “very low gluten or gluten free” reading. This means that the level of gluten is NOT DETECTABLE (below about 100-200ppm). There are limitations of the test: A negative test CANNOT EXCLUDE the possibility that the food contains gluten since it may be distributed unevenly in food or may not be detected by the test (gluten levels below 100-200ppm).
