Is firefox better then IE?

This is a debate that has been going on for a long time. In the end, it comes down to personal preference, but maybe the following will help… Firefox is typically faster to load websites than IE, but if you have high speed, broadband internet like DSL or cable then you probably won’t notice it much. Firefox is generally more secure, especially if you install extensions such as NoScript. Firefox is WAY more customizable. Some websites do not work well or at all with Firefox, and another browser, such as IE or Opera is necessary to get them to work properly. Most websites are designed to be used with IE, and while websites are becoming more compatible with other browsers, IE still holds the majority of the market. My advice is to to try it out, and try out others such as Opera as well. See what you like the best. But if you’re interested in security more than much of anything else, then Firefox or Opera should be your choice.
