Is fingernail polish harmful while pregnant??

I am pregnant with baby 3 and I have always used finger nail polish. Just try not to inhale it if anything. Seriously, there are so many conflicting reports that this is one issue that does not concern me oppose to not smoking or drinking while pregnant or eating certain seafood. Good luck!
