Is financial assistance available?
Yes, please see a Patient Counselor in the Business Office or the Cashier’s office. If you are not eligible for Medicaid or other governmental assistance, your medical expenses may be reviewed to determine if they are within guidelines set forth by Craven Regional Medical Center’s Charity Care Program. If you do not qualify for governmental assistance or charity you will be asked to set up a payment plan.
