Is Financial Aid available to GAP students?
Financial aid is usually limited to Stafford loan money for those eligible on a need basis. Students must complete the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) as a “non–degree student” and the Certificate of Eligibility or Intent to Enroll forms, available from an academic advisor. These forms must be submitted to the UVM Financial Aid Office. Vermont Student Assistance Corporation (VSAC) grants may also be available for Vermont students.
