Is financial aid available for summer sessions?
Financial Aid Office Financial aid is available to all eligible continuing UCLA students. This includes students admitted to UCLA for Fall 2009. You will need to complete the 2009-10 FAFSA application online at www.fafsa.ed.gov. The FAFSA must be submitted on or before March 2, 2009. You also need to complete a supplemental Summer Financial Aid Application available on line beginning April 1, 2009. The priority filing deadline is April 30, 2009. All requested supporting documents must be submitted by April 30, 2009 to obtain on-time status. The last day for the UCLA financial aid recipient to pay fees is 5:00 p.m. Friday, June 19, 2009. Classes will be dropped if fees are not paid by then. Please check with your home institution regarding financial aid options. Please note that ALL students applying for financial aid assume full responsibility for all fees. Regardless of when you receive aid, you are held to the UCLA Summer Sessions payment deadlines.
