The clinical value of FFRmyo is not affected by small-vessel disease. Even in the presence of small-vessel disease, FFRmyo indicates if the patient can be improved by dilating the epicardial lesion, if present. However, a patient can have a healthy epicardial artery but still be unhealthy due to another condition.
