Yes, in all of our testing FCS has proven to be the strongest fin system on the market. This is due to the patented H-Pattern installation process which anchors the plugs to the deck and bottom surfaces of the board. Along with the stringer, the fiberglass on the deck and bottom of the board are the only areas with any structural strength. Having a high strength anchorage system allows the fins to snap off at the tabs without damaging the board or the plugs during severe side impact situations.
