There may be some conditions to the laws addressing the severety of the condition and the prognosis of the person infected, as well as if it needs to be proven that the party with the disease had prior knowlege, obviously a person shouldn’t have to stay married to a person with AIDS or any other disease that is contageous and severly affects the quality of life in those infected. Most states find this kind of deception the wrong foot to start a marrage on, and I don’t think they are looking to force women to have sex wit men who have STDs.
