Sure! Worldship gives you the option to automatically send tracking number emails to your customers – a move that is appreciated by both consumers and sellers. You will have instructions and guidelines handy at all times but the process stays consistent. In the Admin area, you start by marking the select order as Ready to Ship. Then, you turn on the Import and Export option and the Saved Exports alternative. Clicking on Export will bring up a comma-separated value (CSV) with information on the orders that are ready for shipping. Automatic updates can also be generated so that statues will soon change to Shipped. You will then want to save this CSV file onto your personal computer. Next, the Worldship program software needs to be activated, which is done with a couple simple clicks of the mouse. Selecting Import and choosing the proper saved CSV file then completes this simple transaction.
