Liverpool JM is good, and the MBA will be very good, but you have to weigh you options as to what are prepared to pay. As an overseas student it will cost you a fortune for the study fees, plus your accommodation and then the daily upkeep. There is a very strong market for SAP/Oracle consultants here however; they tend to go for local experienced consultants. You have to elaborate a bit more about your tech experience, then I will tell you exactly if you are in demand of not. If you have got very deep pockets and can live here without working then I would suggest to go for it but do ponder about few other options in Manchester and down south in London. Peace !
