DEP can take a series of enforcement actions against CRE if it finds the plant out of compliance. Other Pennsylvania CFB operations have shown they can operate and meet all standards. CRE’s technology is a step beyond what has been used before, so we are comfortable that we can operate the facility in continuous compliance.
