Free shipping is for ground UPS shipping only and any other form of shipping, ie. next day, 2nd day, will require additional charges. Please call for additional charges. Shipments to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Mexico, and some areas of Canada are made via USPS, and is still considered free shipping. Some areas require air shipping and there will be additional charges for air shipping. Import tax is the responsibility of the customer, not carbonlessondemand.com.
