Is everyone likewise affected?
The category of mood index is likely to affect everyone. The intensity however is not uniform. People react according to the index of their own individual character yet the overall index number as a ratio of their normal self is not changed. We all have separate levels of extreme emotion which are peculiar to ourselves. The index number caters for all of these, and it will be evident to the individual that they are reacting this way. However one Index Number serves all purposes.
