Is everyone equal in gods eyes with an equal chance at “salvation”?

0

Yes! Everyone is equal in Gods eyes and has equal chance to salvation. People will be judged by their deeds. The only way to salvation is to perform good deeds and Tauhid. If a person is born in a religion and does not know about any other religions is living in his/her own small world then the person will not be held accountable for following the wrong path. But his/her deeds will still be looked at. If a person ‘intends’ to convert to the right path but is not able to because of circumstances, he/she will not be punished for not being able to convert. The intention in the heart is the key and will be looked at. Each person will be judged individually based on his/her circumstances and opportunities. The Prophets uncle did not say the shahada even though the the Prophet (pbuh) asked him to.
