No. The following classifications of people are not eligible for WSHIP: • People who are not a residents of Washington State; • People who have terminated coverage in WSHIP within the last 12 months, unless they can show continuous coverage which has been involuntarily terminated for any reason other than nonpayment of premiums; • People who are an inmates of a public institutions; • People who have been paid $1,000,000 in benefits by WSHIP; or • People who are enrolled in public programs which duplicate benefits provided by WSHIP.
