Only students who have graduated in May/June of 2008 and who apply by the deadline are eligible for the QE2 scholarship. You must apply for OSAP. If you receive funding from OSAP you cannot just take the scholarship and refuse the loan. If you are awarded the scholarship, it will be sent to the financial aid office of your school for you to pick up.
