Is ethical project management an oxymoron?
Not if you take the PEOPLE into account. It’s all about relationships. Too many project managers get tangled up in the process of “to do’s” and insignificant stuff instead of the real project end result and getting people to buy in and own the project and TRUST them. An ethical project manager can move the world. An unethical one eventually loses.
