ESN’s main goal with respect to the ESNtrain project is to see the participants having their money reimbursed in the shortest time. ESN does not see so far (15.11.2009) how participants suing platform GmbH would accelerate or increase the chances of a reimbursement. Therefore, ESN is not planning to help anybody suing platform GmbH, or to take this step on its own behalf.
