Is Error 0x8004210A, due to synchronizing large folders?
We are having problems with time-outs on Outlook, getting the following message. Receiving’ reported error (0x8004210A) : ‘The operation timed out waiting for a response from the receiving (POP) server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).’ We don’t have a Microsoft Exchange Server, but the Syncronizing folders icon appears in the LRH corner for about 10 minutes, then it finally reports an error.
